Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Nagaland AI (nagalandai.com and the Nagaland AI mobile app), provided by Nagaland Me. By using the service you agree to them. Last updated 28 October 2026.

1. The service

Nagaland AI is an AI assistant and AI teacher. Answers are generated automatically and may be inaccurate, incomplete or out of date. Use your judgement and verify important information. Nothing it says is professional medical, legal or financial advice.

2. Accounts

You must give accurate information and keep your password safe. You are responsible for activity under your account. You may delete your account at any time from the account page or the app.

3. Fair use

Every plan has a daily message allowance that resets at midnight India time. You agree not to abuse the service, attempt to bypass limits, scrape it, send unlawful or harmful content, or use it to harass others. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

4. Plans and payments

Free plans are provided as is. Premium plans are billed as auto-renewing subscriptions, monthly or yearly, through Razorpay on the website or through the Apple App Store and Google Play in the app. Prices are shown in Indian rupees and may change with notice. You can cancel auto-renew at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. See the Refund Policy.

5. School information

Attendance, holiday and bus information comes from schools using Nagaland AI Schools and is provided to verified parents only. Schools are responsible for the accuracy of their records. Do not share your parent code with anyone.

6. Content and intellectual property

Nagaland AI, its name, design and software belong to Nagaland Me. News content belongs to its publishers and is shown with source links. You own the messages you write; you grant us the right to process them to provide the service.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nagaland Me is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous twelve months.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Dimapur, Nagaland have jurisdiction.
